Having someone to look up to is always going to make you want to push yourself. I look up to an athlete like Lebron James. I saw where he came from and where he is now. He often struggled to find a home that he could stay in. He went from not having a home to having everything that he ever needed in a home He also moved his mother out of the place that she was in. This is where he showed me no matter what situation you are in there is always something that you can look forward to. He also shows you that when you come from a place where things aren’t so well you should always give back. He went back to his home town and he built a school for them. He built this school for the youth in his childhood community in Akron,Ohio. So, this is why professional athletes can be good role models.

The role of a father in a child’s life is often undervalued and overshadowed by the spotlight that mothers receive. However, dads play an equally vital role in their children’s development and well-being. In this blog post, we will explore the various reasons why dads are so important in their child’s life. Dads provide a unique form of emotional support. They offer a different perspective and style of comforting, which can be just as essential as a mother’s nurturing. Dads often encourage their children to be brave, to take risks, and to learn how to handle setbacks. This helps children develop emotional resilience, which is crucial for their future. 

Fathers serve as important role models for their children, especially for their sons. Boys often look up to their dads and learn how to be men from them. They emulate their fathers’ behavior, values, and work ethics, which can shape their own identities and values. Dads can significantly impact their child’s self-esteem. The way a father interacts with their child, providing praise, encouragement, and validation, can boost a child’s self-confidence and sense of self-worth. This self-esteem often translates into better mental and emotional well-being in the long run. 

Studies have shown that children with involved fathers tend to perform better in school. Fatherly involvement can lead to increased motivation, better problem-solving skills, and a greater likelihood of pursuing higher education. Dads often encourage their children to be independent thinkers and problem solvers. This fosters a sense of autonomy and self-reliance that is invaluable for a child’s future. 

Dads are not just secondary figures in their children’s lives. They play an irreplaceable role in shaping their children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. It’s important to recognize and appreciate the significance of fathers in the family unit and society as a whole. Their presence, guidance, and love are indispensable for a child’s well-rounded upbringing.

There is a lot of emphasis put on winning games in sports.Sometimes, it can be too much for the players to handle.It can also take the focus off of the real goal.The goal is to grab attention from other schools and potentially get the chance at playing professionally.It can also make some players want to stop playing their sports.

Sometimes, focusing on winning so much can effect a player mentally.This is because they are always worrying if they would win or not.I think that people should not focus on winning and focus on the players future.These are my thoughts on how much emphasis is put on winning in sports.

There are many challenges to being a student athlete.You have to succeed in class and on the field or court.Sometimes,it can get to be a lot mentally on the students.It can also be a lot physically on a student.Sometimes,student athletes don't get much sleep due to having practice and coming home and having to study for test and quizzes that might occur the next day.So, these are so of the challenges that student athletes face.

Another challenge they might face is not being able to spend much time with their family.Some athletes are very family driven and if they are always practicing then they don't have the time for that.So, it sometimes leads to them having no motivation to do things.

My grandmother and her home will always hold a special place in my heart.My grandmother helped me through everything in life.She also taught me some very valuable lessons about life.She also taught me how to not let anyone steal my joy.When I was smaller I would always get upset about the smallest things but, after hearing her say this so many times I don't get upset about anything.Her house always holds a special meaning.Her house was the place that you could relax and get things off of your mind.It was also a place that the whole family could come to so that we can have a kickback.This is all of the things that hold a very special meaning to me.

There are many people that have influenced me.My biggest influence is my mother.My mother has always taught me how to hole myself and to always do my best.She also influenced me to start doing band.Band was something I always looked at as being unusual and something that I would never do.When my mother made me try band I realized that all of the things that I said before were not true.I also realized how much love I really had for music.This is my biggest influence in what I do.

I was always very passionate in everything that I did.It did not matter if the task was big or small but,there is only one thing that I am more passionate.I am the most passionate about Marching Band.The reason I'm so passionate is because I never saw myself joining the band.I am also passionate about it because of my mother's father.I never got to meet him but my mom always told he wanted someone in the family to be able to play instruments.So,this is why I'm so passionate about marching band.

Media plays a big role in sports.Media brings more attention to the sport that you play.It can also bring sponsors to your school or yourself.If your team is really good then you will get a lot of those and you will also get a much bigger crowd just to see the team.It can also bring attention to your sports events and fundraiser.

For example,The NBA uses a lot of media.It brings a lot of attention to the sport.It also brings many sponsors to the players.It also brings them opportunities to play in movies and TV shows.This shows that media gives people many opportunities for many different things.

In conclusion,This is why the media is so important and we need it in all sports.
